Time
When as a child I laughed and wept, time crept.
When as a youth I dreamed and talked, time walked.
When I became a full grown man, time ran.
And later as I older grew, time flew.
Soon I shall find while traveling on, time gone.

Voices of the poor
Living through hunger and physical hardship from infancy to premature age; living through economic shifts, that close factories strip currency of its value in an instant, living through social turmoil, political upheaval and war; through it all, poor men and women in communities around the world keep coming back to their deep longing for a better future for their children. Whatever happens they say let the children be all right.

A Call for Chrisrian Revival
"I firmly believe, as millions say they do, that the knowledge and practice of religion in this life influences destiny in another, religion would mean to me everything.
I would cast away earthly enjoyment as dross, earthly cares as follies, and earthly thoughts and feelings as vanity.
Religion would be my first waking thought, and my last image before sleep sank me into unconsciousness.
I would labor in its cause alone.
I would take thought for the morrow of Eternity only.
I would esteem one soul gained for Heaven worth a life of suffering. Earthly consequences should never stay my hand, nor seal my lips.
Earth, its joys and griefs, would occupy no moment in my thoughts.
I would strive to look upon Eternity alone, and on the immortal Souls around me, soon to be everlastingly happy or everlastingly miserable.
I would go forth to the world and preach to it in season and out of season, and my text would be, ‘What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?’”

Glocalisation
Local roots- global reach. Think globally act/execute locally. By thinking globally you leverage cost and will gain saving and identity benefits. By acting locally, you stay close to the market, and stakeholders, enabling you to react quickly when conditions change ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
A place in the sun
success is tested in times of adversity.if you want a place in the sun, you have got to put up with a few blisters, recognize hardships for what they are, they are a crucible to your success. challenges that have stood in our way and cause and have caused will cause us to grow beyond ourselves. They help us to keep our heads above water, look for opportunities in unlikely places, stretch that silver lining in the dark clouds to make it big enough to be not just a lining but a cover.
There is great and many rewards for excellence in trying times.Do your level best, strive for greater quality in all you do. Your presence at the end of it all will serve as a testimony that you are hard, tried and tested. It is only the eagle that is left airborne when the storm has arrived.
Our potential is not known to us until it is tested in us. Turbulent times are good. The burns, heat, scorched and fires. Its is said resilence is the springback to an original form and size after compression, bending or stretching. Lack is compression, risk is bending, not being able to buy is stretching. Do not be scared of the heat, it burns but does not char, it fries but does not melt, it steams but does not evaporate, blisters but does not wither. See light where others see glare, See warmth were others see heat.
Survive in the sun and convert challenges into opportunities.
Tall order? Yes! Impossible? No!
Nothing lasts for-ever not even hardships
Stay in the sun and achieve unparalleled success or or move to the shade and live a mediocre existance.
Persevere in the heat and you will have a place in the sun
