The power of words
Proverbs 25:11
A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
A lackadaisical approach to the use of words is to play with stones whilst in a glass house. You or at leat someone will get hurt.
Change the words you use and watch your life and that of others change. For example:

Have to
Setback
Enemy
Tormentor
Pain
I demand
Complaint
Struggle
You did this
Give it a try. It may feel awkward as you begin, but watch how it changes your attitude about the person or situation.
